Leadership events are a key co-curricular feature of TLI and aim to promote student leadership development through a range of fun and stimulating experiences and engagements.
TLI events offer students the opportunity to learn about key leadership constructs, hear from prominent local, national and international leaders, engage in valuable collaboration and dialogue, and practice new leadership skills.
TLI has several signature event series offered throughout the year ranging from speaker series to student conferences and more.
Join TLI for our annual Leadership Summit, featuring keynote speaker Dr. Natalya Bannister Roby, as she shares her lessons on "The Sunflower Effect: Leading Others Toward the Light".
Natalya is the President and CEO of Episcopal Children’s Services (ECS4Kids), one of the Southeast’s largest providers of high-quality early learning and family services.
Recognized as one of Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2025 Women of Influence, Natalya exemplifies transformational leadership through her unique vision and dedication to supporting communities and families throughout Northeast Florida.
This free leadership development event is open to all UNF students, staff, faculty and community members. Complimentary lunch included!
