The Delaney Student Union is proud to offer an exclusive limited-time discount for University of North Florida alumni! Whether you're planning a birthday party, family reunion, retirement celebration, or other personal event, we’re here to help make it memorable with a 10% discount off the hourly room rental fee.
This offer is available to individuals who hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from UNF and book space reservations for Spring or Summer 2026. Reservations must be for personal use only and not made on behalf of a business or organization. Alumni status will be verified.
Fee Policies
- $50 Processing fee - Non-refundable; due 48 hours after submitting a reservation request through Web App.
- Deposit of 25% of total Room Charges - Non-refundable; due upon receipt of Facilities Use Agreement.
- Non-profit organization discount - 20% off Room Charges only with valid documentation (excludes Market Day reservations).
- Rates are for use of space and available standard equipment only, and do not include staffing, custodial, electrician, recycling, security, or parking charges.
- Hourly rate is assessed from client's first access time until the final departure time.
Rental Rates effective July 1, 2025
Spaces not listed are not available for reservations through the Student Union.
Add-Ons must be reserved in conjunction with a primary event space and may not be stand-alone reservations.
*Dedicated Staff Support for additional cost required if using Student Union A/V.
External Group is responsible for cost of port-a-lets and fencing when required.
