ASL Interpreting Requests

The Student Accessibility Center (SAC) at UNF offers ASL interpreting accommodations for academically-related requests for individual students who are registered with SAC. The SAC can provide interpreting services for prospective students who are interested in enrolling at UNF. If you are seeking interpreter coverage for any other event taking place on campus at UNF or virtually, or for a visitor/guest (not student), please reach out to the ADA Compliance Office to request an ASL Interpreter. Students registered with the SAC may request an interpreter using the form in the link below. It is the student's responsibility to request an interpreter for both face-to-face and virtual events/classes.

Please submit your request at least two full business days in advance to ensure our staff can cover your interpreter request. Requests submitted less than 48 hours in advance may not be filled due to time constraints. Please include as much information as possible so that our interpreters will be fully prepared to assist you. You will receive a follow up email from our coordinator when the request has been filled.  If you have any questions, you may email the interpreting staff at DHHStudentServices@unf.edu.
