Adam Christianson Memorial Scholarship
The Adam Christianson Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of Adam Christianson, a dedicated Mechanical Engineering alumnus of the University of North Florida (UNF) who made significant contributions to Lift Power, Inc. Despite his young age, Adam's innovative spirit and commitment to excellence left a profound impact on the industry and his colleagues. Established by Don Hune, CEO of Lift Power and a fellow UNF alumnus, this scholarship provides financial assistance to Mechanical Engineering students at UNF, encouraging them to follow in Adam's footsteps and strive for excellence in their careers.
Criteria
- meet admissions requirements and be accepted to the University of North Florida,
- enroll full time with at least 12 semester hours in the fall and spring semesters, unless in the final semester of their courswork
- be a junior or senior,
- earn a UNF cumulative GPA of 3.0, and
- declare a major in the School of Engineering.
Student Responsibilities
- comply with all University regulations, rules and codes of conduct governing students on campus
- consent to release grades to the Division of University Development and Alumni Engagement for the purpose of reporting to the donor, and
- remain in good standing as a student.
Amount of Award and Renewal
from a combination of financial aid sources in compliance with Federal Title IV regulations and Adam Christianson Endowed Memorial Scholarship funds.
