Join the University of North Florida on Thursday, August 13, for the fifth annual UNF Employer Summit, Northeast Florida’s premier gathering of employers, university leaders, and workforce development professionals.
Designed for organizations committed to attracting and developing talent, the Summit brings together voices from industry, higher education, government, and the student community for a dynamic morning of insights, discussion, and networking.
Attendees will hear directly from university leadership, explore emerging workforce and recruiting trends, and learn practical strategies from organizations leading the way in internship programs, talent development, and student engagement. Sessions will cover topics ranging from economic and hiring forecasts to innovative partnership models that are shaping the future of work.
More than a conference, the UNF Employer Summit is an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange best practices, strengthen relationships with the university, and gain fresh perspectives to inform your talent strategy for the year ahead. Now entering its fifth year, the UNF Employer Summit has grown into one of the region’s largest gatherings of employers and university partners, regularly bringing together more than 200 attendees representing over 100 organizations making this an event you dont want to miss!

Who is the Employer Summit for?
The UNF Employer Summit is for employers, recruiters, talent acquisition professionals, and university partners. Whether your organization is building internship programs, recruiting early-career talent, strengthening industry partnerships, or staying ahead of workforce trends, the Summit provides valuable insights and connections.
Attendees range from small businesses and nonprofit organizations to major corporations, government agencies, and community partners, creating a unique environment where professionals can learn from one another, share best practices, and build meaningful relationships that support both organizational success and student outcomes.

How many can attend from my organization?

Is there a cost?
The is no cost to attend the UNF Employer Summit, this event celebrates the success with partners over the past year and looks to elevate our next year's engagement together. A full breakfast is included for all attendees. -
Where is the UNF Employer Summit?

You do not have to pay to park at the Herbert University Center. The Center offers complimentary parking to all program participants; however, if you wish to visit other buildings on campus you must obtain a parking permit for $5.00.
