I. OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish the University commitment to providing employees opportunities for lifelong learning.
II. STATEMENT OF POLICY
Non-unit Faculty, Administrative, and Support employee learning opportunities involving professional renewal, planned travel, study, formal education, research, writing, or other experience of professional value may include the following:
- Employee development or certification.
- Leave to pursue educational goals.
