Brooks College of Health hosted inaugural healthcare symposium with local leading institutions
The University of North Florida’s Brooks College of Health recently hosted the inaugural Healthcare Symposium 2022 “Challenges in a Changing Environment.”
The symposium brought together thought leaders throughout the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida healthcare industry to address the changes and challenges of today and prepare for future ones.
Key topics discussed focused on challenges in the workforce, healthcare leadership opportunities, diversity, healthcare reimbursement, partnerships, access to healthcare and public health initiatives.
Speakers and panelists were comprised of major leading institutions including Florida Blue, Medtronic, Baptist Health, UF Health, Brooks Rehabilitation, Ascension and many more.
The second annual UNF Healthcare Symposium will take place in September 2023.
