UNF students receive Osprey Community Engagement Medallions for community impact

The Center for Community-Based Learning recognized six outstanding UNF students by presenting them with the Osprey Community Engagement Medallion at a ceremony held on December 3.

Students who are awarded the Osprey Community Engagement Medallion demonstrate excellence and exhibit personal development, intellectual growth and positive community impact resulting from their community engagement experiences. Recipients are expected to have engaged in a variety of activities demonstrating the diversity of commitment in serving their communities while making a significant investment to at least one community-based experience over time.

The Fall 2021 recipients are Kaitlyn Chana, Alexandra Zapata, Kinsey Gilmore, Sean Dorenkott, Menciana Beaucamp, and Tabitha Edwards and are from Brooks College of Health, College of Arts and Sciences and Coggin College of Business. During their time at UNF, these students contributed greatly to the local and greater community.
