UNF’s Coggin College expands Executive Education Program and offerings

The University of North Florida’s Coggin Graduate and Executive Programs (CGEP) has expanded its executive-level education programs and offerings for Jacksonville and Northeast Florida companies seeking to build leadership capabilities, solve complex business problems or enhance executive development.

CGEP’s executive education programs serve organizations by delivering insightful learning experiences that integrate academic excellence with real-time exposure and insight into the Jacksonville business community. Participants engage with the University’s renowned faculty and have access to cutting-edge research and proven models to learn new ways of thinking that can advance thought leadership skills.

Leading local companies such as Borland Groover and Crowley Maritime Corporation have successfully engaged UNF’s executive education services with powerful results. “We have a long-term interest in helping local companies continue to grow and succeed with our specialized executive education offerings as our programs are developed with faculty expertise and research-driven solutions tailored to a specific company’s need,” said Dr. Lakshmi Goel, CGEP associate dean. 

Executive programs are catered to developing impactful leadership skills in areas such as change management, digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, and strategy. CGEP’s offerings for groups include bespoke training in areas such as communication, accountability and conflict resolution that facilitate internal discussions for problem-solving, application and integration.
