Lend-A-Wing Food Pantry Reopens at Student Union
The Lend-A-Wing Pantry recently celebrated its grand re-opening at its new location in the John A. Delaney Student Union, Building 58 in room 1204 next to the Game Room. UNF President and First Lady Szymanski, Interim Provost Dr. Karen Patterson and other University members attended the socially-distanced grand reopening event.
The Lend-A-Wing pantry move was made possible by many dedicated UNF students who worked hard to organize the event and spearheaded the construction and move for the past year.
Founded in 2012 by students, for students, Lend-A-Wing Pantry is a Student Government Executive Agency designed to combat food insecurity on campus and offer food items to students. Lend-A-Wing Pantry is a safe and comfortable environment where students feel welcome.
