UNF launches #MaskUpOspreys social media campaign
The University of North Florida launched the #MaskUpOspreys social media campaign today to promote the required use of masks on campus to help slow the spread of coronavirus and keep the Osprey community safe.
A successful return to campus depends on everyone’s personal and collective behaviors and actions and everyone must take steps to stay well and persistently protect each other. Creating a safe and healthy environment for all Ospreys is a shared and important responsibility.
To participate in the campaign, every member of the Osprey community is encouraged to submit a photo of yourself wearing your mask and UNF attire/gear along with a reason statement about “I wear a mask because _______.”
Email submissions to the UNF social media team at social@unf.edu. Photos will have a chance to be featured on UNF’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
Also, be sure to use the #MaskUpOspreys hashtag on social media when sharing photos of students, faculty or staff wearing masks and practicing our shared responsibility to keep each other safe.
