The University Support Personnel Association at UNF

The University Support Personnel System (USPS) or frequently referred to as "Support" is an employment classification within the State University System.  USPS employees play a vital role to the success of the University of North Florida. USPS employees support administrators, faculty and students with contributions that are essential to achieving the university’s goals of providing outstanding academic service.

The USPA is committed to promoting a challenging and rewarding experience for all its members. We invite you to get to know the officers and explore how your USPA works for you.


The mission of the University Support Personnel Association (USPA) is to enhance the quality of services provided by the University of North Florida (UNF).

The USPA is a formal vehicle through which support staff may communicate and seek solutions to common problems, concerns, and goals by formulating recommendations to the President via the Vice President for Administration and Finance. 

The USPA's goal is to cooperate with the various departments and other associations of UNF.
