Human Resources includes processes related to recruitment through benefits and retirement. Traditional human resources is transformed in Workday to Human Capital Management (HCM) with one system as a single source for data. UNF end users will be able to rely on this consolidated system to facilitate human resources processes. 

Workday HCM will go live July 2024
