Thanks to nursing professorships established with a $3.6 million gift from Brooks Rehabilitation in 2006, the Brooks College of Health recently added another renowned expert to its faculty: Dr. Carol Ledbetter, who was hired to share her expertise with students in the doctor of nursing practice program.

UNF recently launched its $110 million capital campaign, The Power of Transformation. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to transform our students, many of whom face significant personal challenges and sacrifices before ever setting foot on our campus.

The very first generation

UNF's First Generation Scholarship Program offers students who are the first in their families to attend college to earn degrees, affording them better opportunities than their parents and grandparents. The program has changed the lives of hundreds of UNF students, including current students Kevin Ellis and Thea Tani.
