OSA Leadership
Officers
The current officers (also known as the Executive Board) of the Osprey Staff Association were elected and will serve a two-year term of July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027. The OSA officers are responsible for executing the mission of the association including planning events and programming for UNF staff members.
In addition to the officers, there are ten elected representatives who serve on the Staff Governance Council.
Staff Governance Council
The OSA Staff Governance Council serves as the voice of all staff at UNF. They serve two-year terms identical to the officers and are responsible for providing guidance on the direction of the association. Council membership is allotted to the various divisions at UNF based on population. The allocation is as follows:
- Four seats allocated to the division of Academic & Student Affairs
- One of the four seats is reserved for an employee of Housing & Residence Life
- Three seats allocated to the division of Administration & Finance
- One of the three seats is reserved for an employee of Physical Facilities
- One seat is allocated to the division of Information Technology Services
- One seat is allocated to the President's Division
- One seat is allocated to the division of University Development & Alumni Engagement
