Osprey 1Card Office

UNF Osprey 1Card Office provides an easy way to pick up new Osprey 1Cards. Students who have submitted their photo through CloudCard can pick up their Osprey 1Card 24 hours after photo approval. Please email students who have not received a CloudCard email to submit their photo online or have questions regarding Osprey1Card distribution: myosprey1card@unf.edu.

Please look for your Cloud Card invitation email in your UNF inbox or spam folder.

The Osprey 1Card is the official identification card of the University of North Florida and is required for access to essential campus services. Your Osprey 1Card also offers Ozzie Bucks -- a convenient account for purchasing on campus. Your Osprey 1Card is the most important card you will have at the University of North Florida. Please protect your card and carry it with you at all times. Visit https://osprey1card.unf.edu to add or check your Ozzie Bucks' balance.

Requirements

To obtain your Osprey 1Card, you will need to:

  • Have an appropriate form of identification: driver's license, passport, or military/government identification card.
  • Be a registered or enrolled in classes or an active employee at the University of North Florida.
  • The Osprey 1Card program is $10.00 every fiscal year. This covers your first Osprey 1Card. Replacement Osprey 1Card is $15.00.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Report a lost or stolen card immediately through the Osprey 1Card's customer service line at 904-620-4000, the Osprey 1Card Office in Lassiter Hall, Building 8, Room 1100, or online through your Osprey 1Card account. You are responsible for all transactions that occur before your card is officially reported.

Replacement cards are $15.00. If your card has been stolen, it is $5.00 with a police report.

In-Office Payment Method (Cash, Check, Ozzie Bucks Only)

Nursing Badges

Nursing badges are for clinical programs and cost $8.00 with a clip. You can purchase this in the office with your Orientation group or through the Nursing Badge Application.  As part of the orientation, the Nursing program will provide a list with your name and title to make the orientation run as smoothly as possible.

Veteran ID Card

Veteran students, staff, and faculty can add a veteran designation to their Osprey 1Card. The "blue V" identifier serves to recognize those on campus who have served and to offer a simplified way to present proof of service. Those who have already been issued an Osprey 1Card without a 'V" may exchange the card for no fee. Lost and stolen card fees still apply. Proof of military or veteran status may be required.
