Teen Innovation Lab: A One-Day Experience in Life Design and AI-Supported Study Skills
February 16, 2026
Workshop/Seminars
This one-day, high-impact Teen Innovation Lab empowers students ages 13–17 to take control of their time, focus, and digital habits using design thinking, executive functioning strategies, and modern study skills. Through an interactive, Google-style sprint, teens will examine their daily routines, identify productivity roadblocks, and design a personalized “Design My Day Blueprint” — a practical plan for balancing schoolwork, screen time, activities, and downtime. Along the way, participants will learn research-backed strategies to improve focus, study more efficiently, and use technology (including AI tools) responsibly and effectively.
Students leave with more than inspiration — they walk away with a customized life-design blueprint, actionable tools they can use all school year, and increased confidence in their ability to manage school, life, and future goals. Perfect for teens ready to work smarter, feel less stressed, and build future-ready skills in a fun, hands-on environment.
