John A. Delaney Student Union Reservations Office

Reservations may be made in person or online using Web App (link below). If you wish to inquire about availability, please search Web App or contact the Delaney Student Union Administration Office, at SU.reservations@unf.edu. Your message will be responded to during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Fall 2022 Reservations

Reservation requests for Fall 2022 will begin as follows:

  • Monday, February 14 at 10 a.m.
    • Student Government agencies and all registered student organizations in good standing with the Osprey Involvement Center may submit reservation requests for one recurring event and one special event.
     
  •  Thursday, February 17 at 10 a.m.
    • Greek chapters may submit reservation requests for one recurring event and one special event. 
     
  • Monday, February 21 at 10 a.m.
    • On-campus departments may submit reservation requests for one recurring event and one special event.
     
  • Thursday, 24 at 10 a.m.
    • All groups, including on-campus departments, agencies, organizations, Greek chapters, and off-campus groups, may make requests for as many events as needed.
     

Request Deadlines   

New Web App users must first request a new account, following the instructions here, allow two (2) business days for account creation tabling and small meetings. Exceptions to the request deadlines will not be granted due to not having an active Web App account. 

 

Student Organizations & Departments:

  • Tabling and small meetings rooms: 3 business days before the event date.
  • Medium meetings rooms, Ballrooms, Auditorium, Osprey Plaza, Coxwell Amphitheater, and non-tabling events at the Green, Union Lawn, Peace Plaza, Veterans Plaza, and Osprey Plaza: 1 full week prior to the event date.
  • Events involving sound outdoors, complex diagrams, catering kitchen, or technical set-ups: 2 full weeks prior to the event date.
  • Events involving security, entertainment contracts, alcohol, high attendance, liability releases, work orders or other similar components: 3 full weeks prior to the event date.

 

*On-campus client reservations involving food that occur on weekends, outside of regular building hours, or in certain outdoor spaces may require additional lead time in order to schedule special custodial, recycling, or maintenance staffing.

 

Off-Campus Users:

  • Tabling and small meetings rooms: 2 full weeks prior to event date.
  • Medium meetings rooms, ballrooms, auditorium, Osprey Plaza, and the Coxwell Amphitheater: 3 full weeks prior to the event date.
  • Events involving security, entertainment contracts, high attendance, liability releases, work orders, sound outdoors, alcohol, complex diagrams, the Catering Kitchen, technical set-ups, or other similar components: 1 full month prior to the event date.

 

* Events involving food: If request submitted less than three (3) weeks prior to event date, an on-campus food vendor or one from the registered off-campus food vendors list may be used. If request submitted more than three (3) weeks prior to event date, approval may be secured to use additional off-campus food vendors.

 

For room and tabling reservations:

UNF groups: Submit through Web App 

Non-UNF groups: Use the new Web App system, or use the old Off-Campus Request Form  (Eventually all requests will be submitted through Web App.)

 

Please note that your reservation is not made until you have received an email confirmation from the Student Union Administration Office.
