John A. Delaney Student Union Reservations Office
Reservations may be made in person or online using the below reservation request forms. If you wish to inquire about availability, please search Web App or contact the Delaney Student Union Administration Office, at SU.email@example.com. Your message will be responded to during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Summer & Fall 2021 Reservations
Reservation requests for Summer & Fall 2021 will begin as follows:
- Monday, March 29 at 10 a.m.
- Student Government agencies and all registered student organizations in good standing with the Student Involvement Center may submit reservation requests for summer and fall for one recurring event and one special event.
- Thursday, April 1 at 10 a.m.
- Greek chapters may submit reservation requests for one recurring event and one special event.
- Monday, April 5 at 10 a.m.
- On-campus departments may submit reservation requests for one recurring event and one special event.
- Thursday, April 8 at 10 a.m.
- All groups, including on-campus departments, agencies, organizations, Greek chapters, and off-campus groups, may make requests for as many events as needed.
Those with Web App accounts should submit requests through that system; all others should submit via the online forms linked below.
The Delaney Student Union's Summer 2021 hours of operation are expected to be temporarily reduced and the availability of certain spaces, services, and equipment will be restricted due to the global pandemic COVID-19.
We are continuing to monitor COVID-19 and its impact through updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Florida Department of Public Health, along with direct dialogue with UNF officials. The Delaney Student Union will adhere to guidelines from these entities regarding events and mass gatherings. Such guidelines will likely impact your event setup or number of permitted attendees. We will share further guidance as it is made available to us.
