Effectively immediately, the following construction documents are to be used for the various construction projects on campus. Please note that the AIA contracts can only be generated on AIA contract software through the office of the General Counsel. Please provide all terms to be filled in on the specific AIA contract to Mary Stumph at email@example.com. The General Conditions and the Supplementary Conditions to AIA A201-2007 were customized by the Office of the General Counsel and no changes to either of these documents can be made. The remaining documents: Continuing Services Agreements for Construction Managers or Architect/Engineers as well as the Statement of Terms are interactive PDF forms, meaning you can complete the form online and then print it.
All completed contracts are to be reviewed by the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) prior to being sent to the contractor for signature. Once the contractor has signed the agreement, please return it to the OGC to obtain the signature of the Vice President Administration and Finance. The fully executed agreement will then be returned to the originating party.
