About Us
The Osprey Staff Association (OSA) was created to unite all UNF staff, including A&P and USPS employees, under one inclusive organization dedicated to advocacy, recognition, and community-building. This association was formed through the thoughtful merger of two long-standing staff groups, recognizing the need for a more unified and representative voice for all staff across the university.
OSA exists to support and elevate the professional experience of UNF staff by fostering collaboration, encouraging leadership, and promoting a culture of appreciation. Our mission is to advocate for staff interests, provide opportunities for meaningful engagement, and create a strong sense of connection across departments and divisions. Whether through events, programming, or campus initiatives, OSA is here to help staff feel seen, heard, and valued.
