2021 Professional Development Forum

The 16¾ Annual Professional Development Forum will take place on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at the Adam W. Herbert University Center. The forum begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m., with check-in beginning at 7:30 a.m. This year’s theme, “My Patronus is an Osprey,” is designed to bring a sense of fun, creativity and imagination into the workplace to show that being an Osprey can be a magical experience. Our goal is to provide our employees with an exciting environment for making connections, collaborating with colleagues, and re-energizing themselves to be the best they can be both personally and professionally.

The forum is free to all faculty and staff, including OPS and student assistants. Participants may attend the full-day or half-day program with supervisor approval. Due to limited capacity, attendees are encouraged to register early for all of the sessions, including the LearnUNF Leadership Panel and the Presidential Recognition Awards Luncheon. Anyone attending the luncheon, who is not an award recipient, is asked to register for at least one forum session.
