Nico Hogeveen - Franchise Owner, GolfTec (Formerly PepsiCo, International Division)

Nico is originally from the Netherlands where he received his Bachelor Degree from Nyenrode University, the Netherlands School of Business. As an exchange student he attended the University of Georgia in Athens, GA graduating with an MBA-degree.  

For over 22 years Nico worked with PepsiCo in a variety of international marketing, sales and general management roles in Europe, Latin America, Asia and the United States. He successfully launched Lipton Ice Tea in nine different countries in Latin America, directed a number of international sales capability projects for PepsiCo when its beverage portfolio expanded with brands such as Tropicana, Gatorade and Aquafina. For six years Nico was responsible for Pepsi’s beverage portfolio in international foodservice channels. In Europe he set up sales and customer service operations in Russia and Poland in the mid-nineties and led a foodservice sales team in the United Kingdom. He started with Pepsi as a Brand Manager in the Netherlands. Early in his career he worked as Product Manager as well as Head of Marketing with the second largest insurance company in the Netherlands at the time.

Throughout his career Nico visited and did business in over 50 countries around the world. A few years ago he decided to take semi-retirement and change his focus to help people play better golf!
