About Us

The Mentorship Program, open to all A&P Association members, pairs participants twice a year—once in the fall and once in the spring. Each pairing lasts one year, but ongoing contact is encouraged. This program connects less-experienced A&P staff with established members of the Osprey community, offering flexibility for the most optimal mentorship experience.

Looking for ways to connect with colleagues on a smaller scale? EIGs are a great way to gather with your fellow A&P Association members that share a similar interest to you. Similar to clubs, EIGs are groups of five or more A&P staff that meet regularly to participate in activities both during and outside of work hours. Have an idea for a new group? All you need is four other like-minded colleagues to get started!

Every month, the A&P Steering Committee will identify one A&P Association member to spotlight based off of nominations. In order to be recognized for the spotlight, you must be an A&P employee doing something awesome at or outside of work and be recommended by a colleague or supervisor! The winner of each month's spotlight will receive a feature on our website and our monthly newsletter.
