Meet the CASS Team Leaders

Ann-Marie Knight 

Ann-Marie Knight, MHA, serves as vice president of community engagement and chief diversity officer for UF Health in Jacksonville. In this dual role, she partners with local and state officials, community and physician leaders and agencies to strategize on improving the long-term health of the community and reducing health disparities. She also provides vision and leadership for the diversity, inclusion and equity efforts across UF Health Jacksonville's enterprise.​

Nelson McCoy

 Nelson McCoy is a first year PhD student at Florida State University. After teaching in the Duval County Public Schools system for 7 years, as a full time and substitute teacher, he founded a non-profit that offers Holistic College Preparation services. He is the current Executive Director and founder of The Center One Foundation Inc.

Darnell Smith

Darnell Smith is Florida Blue's Market President for the North Florida Region. In his role, Smith is responsible for Florida Blue's business market growth, as well as customer and community engagement across 36 North Florida counties covering cities from St. Augustine to Pensacola. Throughout his career, Smith has been very active in serving the community through numerous organization boards and councils, including United Way of Northeast Florida, First Coast YMCA, Sulzbacher Center, Communities in Schools Florida, Cathedral Arts Project and Feeding Northeast Florida. 

Rachael Tutwiler Fortune 

Rachael Tutwiler Fortune is the President of the Jacksonville Public Education Fund, where she leads the organization to help ensure every student in Duval County attends a high-quality school. Having served in government, non-profit, district and school-based roles, Rachael draws upon significant professional experience at all levels of the education system. 

Aundra Wallace

Aundra Wallace is president of JAXUSA Partnership, the economic development arm of JAX Chamber. JAXUSA is a private, nonprofit division of the Chamber that oversees economic development in Northeast Florida, working with regional and state partners to create jobs and generate investment. In 2017 alone, JAXUSA Partnership helped attract 5,000 new jobs and more than $633 million in private capital investment.

Cleve Warren

Cleve Warren is currently Chief Investment Officer for Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), and Executive Director of the Florida State College at Jacksonville Foundation. Cleve is recognized in the Jacksonville community for his tireless engagement in civic and philanthropic activities and his sober approach to community leadership. He currently serves on the board of the First Coast Metropolitan YMCA, Tiger Academy Charter School, the Tournament Players Championship Advisory Board, and the Eartha M.M. White Legacy Fund Advisory Board.

Wanda Willis 

Wanda Willis is the Director of Community Engagement and inclusion at the Cummer Museum. Willis worked at the Florida State College at Jacksonville Foundation; previously, she served at Edwards Waters College as Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement. She currently is president of the Bold City Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and has served on numerous boards and committees for organizations that include WJCT, Teach for America, Women's Giving Alliance, Junior League of Jacksonville and the Bridge of Northeast Florida.
