Volunteer Management System for Helping Hands

Community Partner: Helping Hands Neighborhood Network Center
A Web-based system that documents demographic information and capabilities of volunteers. The system helps Helping Hands with recruiting and matching volunteers with available opportunities.

Community Partner: Global Connections
My Culture Network (MCN) is an interactive website with the purpose of being a social network for Jacksonville businesses. Geared toward businesses of specific cultures or nationalities, My Culture Network integrates the social interaction among their customers. MCN is an unified system that eliminates the hassle of finding businesses of a specific culture background. The addition of a review/rating system, filtered searches, and customized business/profile pages can ease any newcomer to finding or advertising a certain business.

Tracking Community Center Usage

Tracking Community Center Usage is a web-based application for the Helping Hands Neighborhood Network to track usage of community centers. The Web application records following information: clients/users, center usage, classes held by the center, and special events. The Web application provides center administrators capability to generate user reports for grant purposes.

Community Partner: Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of Northeast Florida
Coalition Calendar is a web based communications calendar that allows ESHC to communicate and coordinate a master schedule of events hosted by coalition agencies. The calendar system provides ability to managing a wide variety of events such as board meetings, member meetings, trainings, fundraisers, etc. The calendar system allows coalition agencies to create event and allow visitors to sign up for events.

Code Red Volunteers is a volunteer web application for United Way to keep track of volunteer hours, record volunteer demographic information, send out email notifications, manage events, allow volunteers register for events, and check in and out for volunteers at events.

Content management system provide capabilities for users at RRHS to post information to their website through a workflow process that requires approvals. The system provides back-end access to the website for creating and managing web pages. System provides capability for better management of content and information to the web.
