The Fearless Woman initiative provides personal growth and professional development opportunities from prominent women leaders in the North Florida region. We also connect our students with our faculty, staff, and senior administrators to create collaborative opportunities on our campus. Our goal is to be a powerful force to inspire and prepare our Ospreys to be the change they want to see in their workplaces, with their families, and in their communities. Our mantra, " I am Woman. I am Fearless. I am an Osprey." is what drives us to become this powerful force.
