Saturday @ the Nest is recommended for admitted students.
Yes, we would be more than happy to take your documents. We recommend checking your myWings portal before the event to see what needs to be turned in. If you have specific questions about the documents, we encourage you to reach out to our One-Stop Student Services Office at (904) 620-5555 for more information.
Admissions and financial aid representatives will be available on a walk-in basis throughout the day. The agenda will be emailed to you as the event date approaches so you can plan your trip accordingly.
Saturday @ the Nest events do not include a campus tour. However, you can register for a campus tour during your visit through the UNF Welcome Center.
Faculty will not be in attendance at Saturday @ the Nest. If you are wanting to speak with faculty, we recommend reaching out to that college directly, or attending their college-specific Explore UNF. To see when those will be held, please visit http://www.unf.edu/welcomecenter/ExploreUNF/.
Anyone at any grade level can attend an Explore UNF event. In the fall semester, the Explore UNF events are college-specific so we recommend signing up for the colleges that you are interested in. If you are interested in multiple colleges and are able to make it to several events, you are more than welcome to do so.

The campus tour is not required. It will be offered at the end of the day. If you do not wish to go on a campus tour your day will end around 12:30 p.m. instead of 1:30 p.m.
Yes, faculty will be available for you to speak with at the event. For the college-specific Explore UNFs, only faculty from that respective college will be present. If you are wanting to speak with faculty or staff from a different college, we recommend reaching out to them directly.
Financial aid representatives will be at the resource fair portion of the day in the morning. Admissions staff will be available all day. The agenda will be emailed to you as the event date approaches so you can plan your trip accordingly.
You will be given handouts during the sessions to follow along with, so you will want to make sure you bring a writing utensil and notebook or paper. We will also provide snacks at the break, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
The proctors will cover English and math. Test Prep at UNF will provide tips and strategies to take the SAT and/or the ACT.
Yes, your friend can attend with you. However, we do ask that they also register for the event as space is limited.
Anyone can register for the event. If the sessions fill up, we will start to limit the spots to just Duval County Public School students.
