the founder and CEO of Hueman People Solutions in Jacksonville Beach, as well
as the co-founder and former CEO of Professional Placement Resources (PPR)
Talent Management Group. Hueman
People Solutions is a recruitment company with two unique recruiting divisions:
Hueman, Your RPO Partner and Hueman Risk Adjustment Staffing. Both divisions serve
specific outsourced recruiting needs. Cooper’s
previous firm, PPR, began as a permanent placement firm specializing in the
placement of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language
pathologists. In the beginning, PPR was envisioned as a small business, but
today PPR has exceeded that vision, most recently (August 2016) listed in the
Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America. Over the past
two decades, PPR has excelled at recruiting while focusing on the customer
experience and culture-based hiring. The firm’s own culture and core values
provides it a foundation for delivering the best customer experience. In 2016,
PPR was ranked the #7 in Fortune’s Best Place to Work in America, and it was
one of 35 companies in the world to receive the Gallup Great Workplace Award.
