Market Days - Vendors

Market Days enthusiastically supports Jacksonville businesses and community members. Vendors looking for a unique and creative way to promote their business or organization to the 16,000+ UNF community, you have come to the right place!

How to Apply: 

  1. Vendors must request a reservation through the Web App system or complete and submit the Market Day Request Form.  Reservation requests are due by 5:00PM on the Wednesday prior to the requested event date.  **To access Web App, you must have an active account created, which will take up to 2 business days to process.  Request an account here.
  2. Vendors will be registered for the days selected on the reservation request form or in Web App unless otherwise instructed by the Market Days staff.
  3. Vendors will receive a contract with invoice via email from Market Days staff. The contract will contain payment instructions. The contract must also be signed and returned to the Market Days staff. All documentation and payment are due by 5:00PM on the Monday prior to the requested event date.
  4. You must confirm you have received and agree to the information provided in order to confirm your reservation.
*The cost for vendor participation in Market Days is $30 (including tax) for community members. This price includes: a 10'x10' space, one six-foot table, and two chairs.

Check-in and Set Up:

The Market Days tent and check-in table are located near the entrance to the Bookstore on Osprey Plaza. Vendors participating in Market Days may check in beginning at 8:30AM to secure a table. Vendors must check in prior to 10AM to avoid a “No Show/Cancellation”. Tables left empty after the start of Market Days may be broken down and removed.

Refunds will only be issued if Market Days is cancelled by the Student Union.

Market Days provides each vendor one table and two chairs. Any additional tables or chairs must be requested on your Market Day Request Form or one week prior to the event.


The Student Union Administration office reserves the right to limit items sold or given away that may conflict with participating Market Day vendors. Additionally, it is up to the discretion of the Student Union Administration office to determine what vendors and products fit programmatic needs.
