Market Days - Student Organizations
Market Days fully supports registered student organizations
(RSOs), student-owned businesses, and UNF departments. From bake sales to dunk
tanks, Market Days is a great venue for you to reach the UNF community. If you
are promoting an event, throwing a fundraiser, or looking to raise awareness,
Market Days is a perfect opportunity for you!
How to Apply:
Vendors must first submit the Market Day Fall 2018 to the John A. Delaney Student Union Administration Office, located in Building 58 East, Room 1302.

- Complete and Submit the Market Day Request Form
to the Market Day Coordinator located in the Delaney Student Union Administration
Office, Building 58E, Room 1302. Forms may be submitted in person, by mail, or
by email to sumarketdays@unf.edu at
least one week prior to the requested date.
- Upon submitting the Market Day Request Form, the
Market Day Coordinator will contact you by email with approval or denial. If
approved, you will receive confirmation via email with an attached contract and
invoice.
- You must confirm you have received and agree to
the information provided in order to confirm your reservation. Additionally,
contracts and any associated fees* must be signed and paid for prior to
participating at Market Days.
Check-in and Set Up:
The Market Day check-in table is located underneath the
staircase in the Osprey Plaza. Check-in begins at 8:30 am. You must check in
prior to 10:00 am or you will be considered a “no show” and you will lose your
reservation. Empty, unattended tables will be broken down after 10:00 am.
Refunds will only be issued if a Market Day is cancelled by the Delaney Student Union.
Market Days provide each vendor one table and two chairs.
Any additional tables or chairs must be requested on your Market Day Request
Form or one week prior to the event.
Restrictions:
The Delaney Student Union Administration reserves the right to limit
items sold or distributed at Market Days. Additionally, it is at their
discretion to determine what vendors and products fit programmatic needs.
Vendors must provide a list of items being sold or distributed on their Market
Day Request Form and will only be permitted to sell or distribute said items.
In compliance with the Florida Cottage Food Act, any
homemade edible products must be individually wrapped and labeled with
ingredients and nutrition facts. Those who are not in compliance will be shut
down.
