Indoor Event Spaces
The John A. Delaney Student Union has four conference rooms, three seminar rooms and a 5,200 square foot ballroom located on the third floor of the West building. There is also a 236 seat auditorium located on the second floor. All of these rooms are available for reservations and are equipped with the most up to date audio/visual technology. Our staff is always on hand and available to assist you throughout your special event.
COVID-19 Information:
Certain event spaces, equipment, and services will be unavailable during the social distancing period in order to abide by University, state, and CDC guidelines. These options and requirements are subject to change at any time per direction from University administration.
Social Distancing Requirements
- Masks are required for all attendees. The Student Union will NOT provide masks
- Attendees must adhere to 6-foot physical distancing at all times
- Limit use of elevators
Capacities
- Limit of 25 people or less in indoor spaces
- Limit of 50 people or less in outdoor spaces
Event Hours Limitations
- The Student Union will operate with reduced hours until further notice:
- Monday - Thursday: Event hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Friday: Event Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
- Additional time will be needed between events to clean and sanitize event spaces
