Nature Trails Renovations
One of the Grantham-Genta administration 2016-2017 initiatives was the reconstruction of the UNF Nature Trails and the current administration is honored to see that vision come true when construction officially began on October 10th. The senate passed SB-17S-3086 authorizing Student Government the use of $200,000 for the project. President Delaney generously agreed to match Student Government's $200,000 after meeting with former Student Government President Caleb Grantham. Recreation and Wellness have contributed $73,000 to the project. The nature trails have been a longstanding part of UNF's tradition and campus life. A responsibility to the environment is listed as one of UNF's core values and Student Government is excited to be a part of repairing the nature trails for the next generation of Ospreys.
