Dr. Casey Sowers is a 14-year Army veteran who served in the Artillery and Military Intelligence branches. He deployed to Afghanistan and separated as a Captain. Casey holds a Master's in Intelligence Operations from the American Military University, an MBA, and a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Miami. Additionally, he earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from Florida International University. With over 8 years of project management experience, Casey excels at identifying and creatively exploiting synergies. He has held various leadership positions, including Company Commander in the U.S. Army.

After leaving the military, Casey served as Assistant Vice President at a small business government contracting startup, where he led business development in Central and South America. His contributions were pivotal in achieving a $349 million contract waterfall and subsequent acquisition within three years of the company’s start-up. Casey continued through the acquisition as the Aviation Program Manager, overseeing defense contract operations in multiple countries, such as Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Colombia, Ecuador, Lebanon, Mauritania, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and the United States.
