What: The 16th annual SOARS will be held Friday, April 14, 2017 from 10 am to 4 pm. SOARS is a university-wide conference that allows undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and staff to present their creative projects. SOARS is a welcoming environment for undergraduates to begin practicing their presentation skills in front of their fellow peers and faculty. SOARS is interdisciplinary and so all students are welcome to present. SOARS consists of poster presentations that last 50 minutes. This year, SOARS will feature STARS, the Digital Humanities Initiative, an Undergraduate Researcher of the Year Award, Showcase Poster Awards, and a graduate school and internship/job fair.
