Preparing for your Field Trip

To ensure your group is prepared for a fun field trip to Eco Adventure, please review these field trip tips:

  1. Book your field trip in advance
    1. Request your field trip through our online request form.
  2. Before your scheduled visit
    1. Turn in permission slip & release forms: After booking your visit, permission slip & release form will be sent to the group organizer to send out to participant families. These forms should be scanned and emailed to 2 business days of your scheduled visit.
  3. Day-of Field Trip
    • Bring payment: Your reservation confirmation includes the amount due and payment information.
    • Don't forget:
      • Groups are encouraged to bring their own water bottles or coolers to stay hydrated. Water bottle fill-ups are available at Eco Adventure; water is not otherwise provided.
      • Sun safety and bug spray. We love being outdoors in Florida and we also know it’s smart to protect our skin from sun and bugs. Consider telling your participants to wear hats or sunglasses, bring their own sunblock and bug spray.
