    Our Personal Trainers are trained to assist members in reaching their goals in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

     

  • Gate River Run
    River Run Training

    Each January, our training program begins for the Gate River Run 15K that takes place in March in Jacksonville. We follow a 9 week training program that will get you ready to run the largest 15K in the United States. More information will become available at the end of the Fall semester.

  • Tough Talon
    Tough Talon

    Held in the Spring, the Tough Talon is a combination of an adventure race, obstacle race, and sometimes muddy race. Traveling through UNF's campus, you and a partner will navigate through campus to complete a number of challenges on your passport.

  • Weightlifting Competition
    Weightlifting Competition
    Each fall semester we provide a squat and bench press competition. The winner will have the highest ratio of relative strength after 3 attempts of their heaviest lift.
