Baptist Health President and CEO A. Hugh Greene will discuss “Health Care Reform – Where Are We Now?” at the University of North Florida at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at UNF’s University Center.
The free Speaker Series is offered by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in UNF’s Division of Continuing Education. This will be Greene’s first public address since the Supreme Court’s controversial ruling on the Affordable Care Act earlier this month.
Greene is participating in the Speaker Series sponsored by OLLI, which provides enrichment opportunities for people age 50 and better. Unlike other OLLI events and classes, the Speaker Series is free and open to the public, without age restrictions.
OLLI’s mission is to foster a climate of friendship and mutual sharing of ideas and life experiences, while providing over 250 intellectual, social and cultural enrichment opportunities. Volunteer-led, taught and driven, the organization nurtures a sense of community and inclusivity, often building on experiences in the working world.
This event is free, however registration is required. For more information and enrollment, contact UNF’s Division of Continuing Education at firstname.lastname@example.org, call (904) 620-4200 or visit online at www.unf.edu/ce.
