UNF’s Transportation and Logistics Program is recognized by the Florida Legislature as a “Program of Distinction” and considered among the best in the nation thanks to an active and supportive regional professional community, inauguration of the state-of-the-art Logistics Information Technology Systems LAB (LITSLAB) and Jacksonville's geographic advantage as an international transportation hub.

To determine the rankings, Study.com conducted a comprehensive review of the program curriculums of hundreds of institutions across the U.S. and various data from the Department of Education including tuition fees and graduation rates to determine a program’s affordability and accessibility. Other factors in the ranking include each school's internship program, faculty roster, partnerships with industry leaders, and other standout initiatives that enhance the students' overall learning experience.
