For events/meetings that involve a maximum of 10 or less attendees, please complete the Visitor Validation form that is located in myWings (Visitor Validation Code Request Guide)--a login may be required.
Please use the following steps:
- Log into "myWings"
- Click on "Employee Resources"
- Select "Employee Forms"
- Choose "Banner Online Forms"
- Select from the "Department" drop down menu: PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
- Choose "Visitor Parking Validations"
After code request submission, a visitor validation code for the term (Fall, Spring or Summer) will be emailed to the requester. Each code will be limited to the month specified. For instructions to send to your visitors/guests please go to Visitor Instructions--a login may be required and then "copy and paste" to send to visitors.
