Visit the Counseling Center to discuss mindfulness practice and meditation 10 to 11 a.m. on Mondays. The discussion portion includes explanation of what mindfulness is, how to practice and how to benefit. The meditation portion includes guided meditation and singing bowls. These sessions are open to all, no appointment is needed, arrive at least five minutes ahead of time. Participants may enter through the main door of the Counseling Center in Building 2, Room 2300, or the side door from Room 2012.
