All current student employee positions will automatically end Friday, Aug.12, to correspond with the end of the summer semester. The last summer paycheck will be issued Friday, Aug. 19. Departments with student employees working after Aug.12 must submit new Electronic Personnel Action Forms to the Office of Human Resources no later than noon Aug. 22, for student employees to continue to receive payments during the fall/spring semesters. All student employee EPAFs must adhere to the beginning and end dates set by Human Resources. To view EPAF beginning and end dates for the fall semester and a guide to determine what date(s) to use, click here. Student employees who are enrolled at least half-time during the fall/spring semesters qualify for the Federal Insurance Contributions Act exemption.
