Transfer Student Checklist

There are many things you will need to accomplish to ensure a smooth transition to UNF. This interactive checklist is designed to keep you on time and on track.

Before Orientation

Register for your Transfer Student Orientation through your myWings account

We have created a Transfer Student Orientation to help meet your specific needs as a transfer student to UNF. While Orientation is not mandatory for transfer students, it is highly recommended, as it will give you the resources you need to be successful in your first week of classes, and you will have the benefit of meeting faculty and staff in your college prior to the start of the term.

myWings > What’s Next > Register for Orientation

Immunization Records and UNF Immunization Form

Submit your required medical compliances documents though your myWings account. myWings > What’s Next > Upload Medical Compliance Documents

Complete Campus Clarity

Campus Clarity is a campus safety program all students must complete. It takes about 2 hours and needs to be completed at least 48 hours prior to Orientation. It can be found under the “Holds” tile in your myWings.

Academic Advising

It is essential for your success as a UNF student that you meet with your academic advisor prior to registering for your classes. Most academic advising offices have walk-in hours; however, we recommend making an appointment.
