Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verification is obtained through an online form in myWings.

Instructions for old myWings:

  •  Log in to myWings
  •  Click on the Student tab at the top of the page
  •  Select Student Self Service in the My Records channel
  •  Click on Online Forms on the Student Services menu  

Instructions for new myWings:

  • Log in to myWings
  • Click on the Student Resources box
  • My Student Records
  • Select Student Self-Service
  • Click on Online Forms  


Official Enrollment Verification cannot be released until after add/drop week for the requested term. If you select a term for which add/drop has not expired, you will be given the option to print an Early Registration Verification letter. You can return after add/drop has ended to print an official Enrollment Verification. Term dates can be found on the Academic Calendar.


Students can choose to print a standard letter with the following information included:

  • Term dates
  • Hours enrolled for the semester
  • Enrollment status (full-time, half-time, etc.)  

If additional information is needed, students can select to include one or more of these items on the letter:

  • List of enrolled courses
  • Academic Standing
  • Major
  • Anticipated Graduation Date

Students can print the Enrollment Verification letters on demand in a PDF format with the Registrar's signature.


If you have a third party form that needs to be completed and attached to your enrollment verification, you will be given the option to print the paper form. You can submit your paper form with the third party form attached to One-Stop Student Services. Processing time is two business days.
