Welcome to One-Stop's new QLess feature. Visiting One-Stop is now easier than ever! We hope this service helps us serve you better and more efficiently while helping you keep more of your time for yourself! See you soon! QLess brings several new features to you as a student. It allows you to schedule Flex Appointments or Zoom Appointments with us from your smart phone or laptop.

 

Flex Appointments are same day appointments and are for you only. If you would like to bring a guest to your appointment, you will need to schedule a Zoom Appointment.

Guidelines for scheduling Flex Appointments:

  • We ask that you stay in your car until you receive a text message letting you know when to head into One-Stop for your appointment. The One-Stop lobby waiting areas are closed to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols.
  • A face covering is required during your scheduled appointment.
  • Please follow social distancing guidelines while in Hicks Hall for your scheduled appointment.

To schedule a Flex Appointment:

  • Text* Q-UNF to (904) 204-8214
  • Use the QLess App (Search University of North Florida)
  • Log into myWings and click the QLess tile
  • Schedule via QLess One-Stop website

To schedule a Zoom Appointment:

  • Use the QLess App (Search University of North Florida)
  • Log into myWings and click the QLess tile
  • Schedule via QLess One-Stop website

 

*You will receive a text message and a email confirmation with your appointment details. You will need to monitor your UNF email account for your Zoom appointment meeting ID and password.

 

Once you have set your appointment, you can monitor your status, see your estimated wait time, or even let us know that you're running late! Simply text one of the commands listed below for an update or to take one of several actions regarding your spot in the queue.

 

Use these text commands to control your notifications regarding your service:

Command Meaning
S Status update, for an update on your wait time
M More time, to request additional time to get to your appointment
L Leave the appointment queue
W Switch, to switch from text to voice call updates
N# "Notify me in XX minutes," to let the system know when to send you an alert (please note, the command is N#, not your UNF N#)
