One-Stop's Covid-19 Procedures

Reaching out to One-Stop? Here’s what you need to know:

In order to protect our students and accommodate the university’s social distancing guidelines, beginning Wednesday, August 5, One-Stop is available by callback, email, Zoom appointment, or Flex appointment.

  • Email OneStop@unf.edu.
  • Call 904-620-5555. Leave a message with your information and a summary of your question to receive a callback.
  • Schedule a Zoom appointment via the QLess app, myWings Q-UNF tile, or Q-UNF website. If you need your parents or other family members to join the conversation, schedule Zoom!
  • Join the Flex appointment queue by texting “Q-UNF” to 904-204-8214 or by using the QLess app, the myWings Q-UNF tile, or the Q-UNF website. All visits to the One-Stop office will be by Flex appointment only, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Anyone without an appointment will be instructed to make one before assistance can be offered. One-Stop lobby waiting areas are closed to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Announcing our partnership with QLess!

No more waiting in line for an open window in One-Stop! QLess allows you to schedule a Flex or Zoom appointment right from your phone or laptop. See the Q-UNF webpage for information on how to schedule an appointment.

Flex appointment

Join the queue for the first available appointment time.

  • You must have a Flex appointment to visit One-Stop Student Services in Hicks Hall. Visit our Q-UNF webpage for instructions on how to easily schedule a Flex appointment. Anyone without an appointment will be instructed to make one before assistance can be offered.
  • Students only. To limit the number of people in One-Stop, only the student with the appointment will be allowed to enter the lobby. If parents or other family members need to attend, please schedule a Zoom appointment.
  • Wait in your car. To limit the number of people in Hicks Hall, we ask you to wait in your car until One-Stop messages you for your appointment. If you travel to Hicks Hall by other means, we ask that you remain outside Hicks Hall. If that is not possible, we ask that you maintain social distancing and not gather in the hall outside One-Stop.
  • Mask or face covering is required. In adherence to university policy and local mandates, all students, staff, and visitors must wear a mask at all times while on the University of North Florida campus.

Instructions for Flex appointments

Begin your appointment by:

  • Option 1) Download the QLess app from the iOS or Android app store. Then, launch the app, type “University of North Florida” in the location search and look for “One-Stop Student Services.”
  • Option 2) Schedule an appointment via the myWings Q-UNF tile.
  • Option 3) Book your Flex appointment using the Q-UNF website.
  • Option 4) Text "Q-UNF" to 904-204-8214.  

 

Then, complete your appointment information:

  1. Select “One-Stop" queue.
  2. Select "Schedule Flex Appointment".
  3. Fill out your personal information and select your type of service.
  4. NOTE: Please make sure your phone number is correct before confirming, as we will send you updates and reminders using the number you provide.

Zoom Appointments

Schedule a time to meet with one of our One-Stop Coordinators over Zoom. This is the best way to connect with us if you want your parents to ask questions too.

  • Schedule an appointment up to two weeks in advance. Visit our Q-UNF webpage for easy, ‘how-to’ scheduling instructions.
  • Parents and families are welcome.
  • FERPA: By law, we are required to confirm that you are either 1) the student or 2) a FERPA-designated individual with whom we are allowed to speak. Please be prepared to show a photo ID: student ID card or driver’s license.

Instructions for Zoom appointments

Begin your appointment by:

  • Option 1) Download the QLess app from the iOS or Android app store. Then, launch the app, type “University of North Florida” in the location search and look for “One-Stop Student Services.”
  • Option 2) Schedule an appointment via the myWings Q-UNF tile.
  • Option 3) Book your Zoom appointment using the Q-UNF website.

 

Then, complete your appointment information:

  1. Select “One-Stop" queue.
  2. Select "Schedule Zoom Appointment".
  3. Fill out your personal information, select your type of service, and choose your desired appointment time.
  4. NOTE: Please make sure your phone number is correct before confirming, as we will send you updates and reminders using the number you provide.
