About One-Stop

Welcome to the One-Stop Student Services Website.  Staffed by cross-trained professionals, One-Stop Student Services provides a single point of communication for issues ranging from undergraduate admissions, academic records, registration and financial aid.

Through this site and the myWings student portal, you can access and manage many of the enrollment functions we handle in One-Stop Student Services.  We are located at Ann and David Hicks Hall, Bldg 53, Suite 1700.

 

If you cannot find what you need online, or simply want to speak with someone in person, our One-Stop Coordinators are here to assist you. If you need help, let us know. Excellent service is our goal.

 

*Our phones will turn on at 9 a.m. on Fridays. 


One-Stop staff members are available for walk-in visits and by phone during the listed service hours.


Please note:  11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. is our busiest time of day.   

 

One-Stop will be closed for all University holidays. See the Academic Calendar for more information.

ITS Help Desk
For assistance in regarding your myWings, email, or Blackboard password or user ID, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (904) 620-HELP. One Stop cannot retrieve or reset passwords.

UNF Police and Public Safety (Emergency)
In the case of serious emergency, call 911. For police-related, non-emergency questions, please call the University Police Department (UPD) at (904) 620-2800.

 

Resolving Complaints or Concerns

For information regarding UNF's accrediting agency (SACSCOC), please visit UNF's Student Ombudsman website.

    
However, if your concern cannot be resolved internally with UNF, you may file a complaint with the appropriate agency within your current state of residence.
