Virtual Private Network (VPN)

What is a VPN?

A VPN is a method of connecting to a private network (UNF’s network) by way of a public network (the Internet) securely. A VPN connection is not needed to read email.

UNF requires users to validate their identity using two-factor authentication (powered by Duo). If you have not yet set this up, visit this page to register before installing the FortiClient software.

The instructions for setting up a VPN connection using FortiClient are below.

Start by going to vpn.unf.edu and logging in using your UNF credentials and validating your identity using two-factor authentication (powered by Duo).
