Information Technology Services breaks charges into fixed and variable categories. The following chart reflects the fixed cost elements of an invoice.
Monthly Fixed Charges -- Lines and Stations

Analog Line (fax, modem, courtesy station)
Station side cart (extra buttons/appearances)
DSL Connection (business service)
DSL Line (residential service)
Digital line (standard voicemail, no station)
Mail box (Deluxe --15 mins)
Mail box (Super -- 20 mins)
PDA Data License
PDA Exchange Email Access Fee
4-line station + standard voicemail
12-line station + standard voicemail
NonPBX Telephone Line
Variable charge categories which follow the fixed charges on an invoice include Long Distance charges (sorted by telephone number) and Calling Card charges.
Lines and Stations fixed charges are billed currently. Variable charges for Long Distance and Calling Cards are billed in arrears. Bills are created on the 1st of the month and are recharged to your account and available on-line to authorized persons between the 6th and 10th of the month. Authorized personnel should receive an email when the bills are available on line.
ITS will no longer charge a $35 (minimum) service fee for telephone moves, adds, and changes. However one-time charges will apply for the following services.
