TeamDynamix Training


Training for Technical Staff (ITS, CIRT, Enrollment Services, and Webmaster)

TeamDynamix is the University's service management system. It is used by students, faculty, and staff to request work from ITS. Before a designated technician can access (the back-end) of TeamDynamix, they are required to complete training. The training modules are online below.

Note: Students, faculty and staff have automatic access to submit and view their tickets. They can learn more at


  1. Click the "Play" button on the first video (Process & Terminology) and work your way down the list so that you view all 10 videos in their entirety. It is estimated to take 75 minutes to view all of them.
  2. When you have finished, complete the short quiz (see link at the bottom of this page).
  3. Afterwards, email and report that you have completed the training and passed the post-training quiz. Copy your supervisor on the email.
  4. A ticket will be created to have your TeamDynamix account created and access given. You will be notified by email after your access has been given.
