Billing Codes for Telephones
Information Technology Services breaks charges into fixed and variable categories. The following chart reflects the fixed cost elements of an invoice.

Variable Charges
Variable charge categories which follow the fixed charges on an invoice include Long Distance charges (sorted by telephone number).
Billing Periods
Lines and Stations fixed charges are billed currently. Variable charges for Long Distance and Calling Cards are billed in arrears. Bills are created on the 1st of the month and are recharged to your account and available on-line to authorized persons between the 6th and 10th of the month. Authorized personnel should receive an email when the bills are available on line.
One Time Charges
One time charges are billed every month depending on when we received the information from Outside Vendors or other sources. One time charges will apply for the following services:
- Conference Calls - The requesting department will be responsible for any long distance charges related to the request over $5.00.
- Data Ports
- Speaker phones - The requesting department will be responsible for any long distance charges related to the request
